Repair / Warranty
We take pride in making sure that your merchandise is packed and shipped with great care. In most cases, your item will arrive via FEDEX or UPS.


Return
  • No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from GMB Mall, LLC. Request an RMA # by emailing “gmbmall2@gmail.com” or calling 1-201-679-7793. Please let us know why you’re returning the item or if there was anything wrong with your order.
  • All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible to receive full credit.
  • All returned items must be received in salable condition with all manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
  • All used products/parts will not be accepted for return.
  • All defective products are returned to us first. We will not send a replacement before receiving the defective product from the customer. We will decide if the damage is covered by warranty upon receipt and investigation of the product. If the product is covered by warranty, we will send a replacement product.
  • All returns that are not exchanged for another item are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. New scales returned without original packaging and/or accessories, manuals, etc., will be subject to a higher restocking fee.
  • Custom items are non-returnable.
  • Merchandise sold on a non-returnable basis may not be returned.
  • Defective Items will be replaced without charge.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The issuance of an RMA # does not ensure credit will be given. All returns are evaluated upon receipt to determine the amount of credit, if any, will be given.

Repair
  • It is the policy of GMB Mall, LLC to any repair included warranty repair.
  • All repairs must be arranged in advance with GMB Mall, LLC. Please email “gmbmall2@gmail.com” or call 1-201-679-7793. Please let us know what problem you are experiencing with your product.
  • We ship back all repairs within 5 days of receipt. This turnaround time assumes the unit was sent with all required documentation and is subject to our verification of warranty.
  • The shipping cost from the customer/dealer to us must be paid by the customer/dealer. GMB Mall, LLC will pay the shipping cost back to the customer/dealer after repair.
  • Additional Labor Rates may be applied to repairs done in shop.
  • Labor charges do not apply to repairs that are done under warranty.

Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling. Special orders and custom items cannot be returned.


Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us to receive an RMA# prior to returning the merchandise. If the buyer wants to exchange one item for another, simply order the new item and we will ship it to you. All credit will be issued within 5 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.


Warranty
All products that are covered under the original warranty period will be repaired free of charge in the case of defects in material and/or workmanship.
